MC Jewelry, LLC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, exchange, or store credit — your choice.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange.

Final Sale: Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Items: Contact us at maison@mcjewelry.co and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return: Email maison@mcjewelry.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Our team responds within 2–3 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

MC Jewelry, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our conditions. Items returned damaged, altered, or not in original condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
